Freight policy
Free Shipping for orders over $50.00 shipped to the continental US - $7.00 dollar fee for those under.
• Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground in most cases. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order. If you must ship to a P.O. Box – we will ship Via US Post Office and charge you the postage.
• Other shipping methods are available such as FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2Day. You pay actual shipping costs for these methods which is based on the weight and destination. Simply enter your order online. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service. Please be aware that orders placed after 2 pm EST will usually go out the following business day.
• FedEx Ground does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. FedEx Home delivery is used for orders shipped to your home and they do deliver on Saturday
• Shipment outside the US are shipped via US Post Office, charged to your credit card and the charge will be noted on your invoice

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product "out of stock" on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will notify you of our shortage and give you the option of holding as a back order or canceling.


Return Policy
• Eatwell.net reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to eatwell.net on returned items, and eatwell.net will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. If we short ship you we will credit your card the value of the short. eatwell.net offers a 30 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. Please call 800-232-1162 or e-mail our Returns Department at returns@eatwell.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, and nature of the problem.
• All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the boxes.
• If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify eatwell.net immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to eatwell.net within 30 days from the invoice.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by eatwell.net within 30 days from the invoice date, at eatwell.net discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, eatwell.net reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Stock Status
Every effort is made to represent stock on hand. But due to our high volume of shipping. Some items do go out of stock during the day. The stock status is a general indication of what is in stock or out of stock. We do not advertise exact quantities of stock on our site. If you are looking to buy a large volume of a product, please call us and we can quote exact inventory on hand.
